Ramsauer 330 Heat Resistant is a neutral-curing sealant that remains elastic after curing and offers excellent adhesion to many substrates. It is UV-resistant and resistant to ageing, which makes it particularly durable and resistant to environmental influences.
Application is simple and straightforward. The substrate should be cleaned and degreased before use. The sealant can then be applied using a standard cartridge gun. Skin formation takes place after around 10 minutes, curing takes place after 1-3 days, depending on the layer thickness and the ambient conditions.
One cartridge of Ramsauer 330 Heat Resistant, which contains 310 ml, can be used to seal around 15 metres of joint with a width of 5 mm and a depth of 5 mm. The sealant is available in the colour brown, which makes it particularly suitable for use on dark substrates, such as stoves or in the automotive industry.
Note: The sealant is not suitable for contact with food or drinking water and should not be used on natural stone, PE, PP, PTFE and bitumen.
